I received a damaged product. What do I do?
 Do not worry, drop us a mail at contact@craftyourart.sacloud.store with images of damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will look forward in your issue and provide solution.
What do I do if the order is not delivered due to Incorrect Address / Contact Details / Customer Not Reachable / Customer Refused
In this case the package is returned back to us by courier service, we will try to re-send the order or issue a gift coupon. In order to compensate for order pay.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards to out subscribed and most regular customers. Gift cards were provided by mail only from contact@craftyourart.sacloud.store.
